What is Jardin Du Allee?
Jardin Du Allee is simply a website that targets more of a younger crowd to venture out and find new dining experiences. This site also provides city hotspots, and reviews for movies you aren't sure about seeing just yet. Nevertheless, this website is a great source for current dining, travel, and movie reviews. How did this all start?
My name is Alee, and I love to eat great food, watch amazing movies, travel around, and write. From an early age of 12 years old, I decided that my life's vocation would be writing. even if that meant writing children's books, to screenplays, or reviews. My parents pitched this idea of an independent blog about movies, restaurants, and hotels to get my material out there for people to see and enjoy reading. At first this was just to jumpstart my writing career and exercise my ability to write. But as my dad started to take my family and I to many interesting restaurants, and the idea that my parents gave me (about writing dining reviews) became something that I wanted to direct towards adults, and kids my age as well.
What cities do you write reviews about?
My reviews come from various cities and really depend on where I travel. A lot of my dining reviews will primarily come from the West Coast, and (if we vacation there), the East Coast. But very rarely do I go to the East Coast nowadays, so I really focus on more California-based places. As for movies, it doesn't really matter where I saw it because I am reviewing the movie, not the place I saw it. But, I am based in Northern California, so close to all of my reviews (dining mostly), will come from NorCal.
